Can I set up a custom domain for signing?

Yes. Docuseal lets you connect your own branded signing URL (a custom subdomain like “sign.company.name”) so recipients open and complete documents from your domain instead of the default Docuseal signing link.

Use: - https://console.docuseal.com/domains (US server) - https://console.docuseal.eu/domains (EU server)

Steps

  1. Add a custom domain. Make sure you use a subdomain, for example: sign.company.name

  2. Add a CNAME record in your DNS. Create a CNAME record for the subdomain you chose (for example, sign.company.name) pointing to the value shown in the Docuseal domain setup screen.

  3. Wait for DNS propagation. Allow about 5 to 10 minutes for DNS to propagate. The domain status in the console should change to Active.

  4. Make it the default. Click “Make default” so the custom domain is used in signing links everywhere.

An Annual Pro subscription plan is required to connect a custom signing domain.
